Help with pay workspace

Hi team!
My cloud workspace went offline due to a failed payment. I’ve already fixed the billing issue, but now the workspace is stuck in the “Currently in progress” state and I cannot access my workflows.

Email/workspace ID: [email protected]

I already contacted support by email, but I’m hoping to get help here faster :pray:
