Then, when the lead responds, the agent should continue the conversation
It’s possible. You can connect WhatsApp to HubSpot via Meta’s official API, send the first message automatically using an approved template, and then route replies straight into the HubSpot Inbox so an agent can continue the chat. Just make sure you’ve got opt in and use templates for the initial outreach!
