HelpScout trigger not working

Hi guys,

I connected n8n to HelpScout creating an app and the authentication works well.

But when I use that in a HelpScout trigger node, the scenario is not triggered.

My understanding is that I don’t need to create webhooks on HelpScout if I create an app, right?

However the HelpScout trigger note has webhook URLs:

I’m a bit confused about the configuration here.

  • n8n version: 1.114.3
  • Database: SQLlite
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): defaukt
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): docker
  • Operating system: ubuntu
