Looking for a co-builder: AI & Agentic Practice Lead — Software Integration Partner (Paris)

We’re a software integration partner based in Paris. 18 months in, 30+ mid-market clients, strong pipeline. We’ve built a solid business — now we want to build something bigger: an AI & agentic practice on top of it.
We’re looking for the person who will lead and own that practice. Not an employee. A leader with skin in the game.
What this looks like in practice:
— You define and build the AI offering from scratch
— You run AI audits at client sites: map processes, spot automation opportunities, prioritize use cases
— You design and deploy agents (copilot → autonomous → multi-agent orchestration)
— You walk into warm accounts — 30+ existing clients, no cold outreach
— You set the direction. We back you.
Who we’re looking for:
— You’ve shipped real agents in production. Not POCs. Real ones with real users.
— You can sit in front of a CFO or ops director and make the value tangible
— You know at least one agentic framework — n8n strongly preferred, LangChain / LangGraph also fine
— You understand APIs and how to connect systems together
— You think like a founder, not like a consultant waiting for a brief
— You want to build something — not join something already built
What we’re NOT looking for:
— Someone who needs a job description to know what to do
— Pure builders who’ve never faced a client
— Profiles looking for stability and a predictable career path
What’s on the table:
— Equity Or CDI (depends on the profil)
— Immediate access to 30+ clients ready to be activated
— Full ownership of the AI practice: positioning, pricing, delivery
— Two experienced co-founders behind you on the business and technical side

Français natif, parfaitement bilingue FR/EN. Je réponds direct à ce que tu cherches :
• Agent réel en prod, pas un POC : moteur multi-agents self-hosted sur n8n (collecte multi-sources en OAuth2, scoring LLM avec extraction structurée, réécriture), avec model tiering, guardrails et monitoring. Il tourne, il ne casse pas en silence.
• Je pense founder, pas consultant : boîte montée puis fermée, deux restos, P&L complet. Aujourd’hui je construis un micro-SaaS par-dessus ce moteur. Exécuter le brief d’un autre ne m’a jamais suffi.
• À l’aise face client : repérer le process qui saigne, prioriser, déployer l’agent, rendre la valeur tangible devant un ops ou un CFO.
