1. What n8n, AI agent or RPA solution have you built?
I built an AI Omni-Channel Auto-Reply System using n8n, integrating Facebook Messenger, Facebook Page automation, and Telegram, powered by an LLM (Groq API, LLaMA 3.3) for intelligent conversational replies.
2. Which systems did you integrate?
Meta Graph API (Facebook Messenger & Page posting), Telegram Bot API, Groq LLM API, Google Sheets, and ngrok for local webhook exposure during development.
3. What was the business problem?
Small businesses were losing potential customers because they couldn’t reply to Messenger/Telegram inquiries quickly or consistently, especially outside business hours.
4. What solution did you create?
An automated multi-channel reply system that uses AI to understand customer messages and respond naturally in real time, without needing a human to monitor every channel manually.
5. What was the result?
The system successfully automated Telegram and Facebook Page posting end-to-end, with the Messenger AI-reply flow currently in final testing before full deployment.
