The Mission: We are a fast-growing, AI-first Cybersecurity scale-up, and we’re done with manual processes. We are looking for our first Business Automation Manager—our internal “Czar”—to hunt down operational bottlenecks and build the automated engine that runs our Finance, Sales, and Ops teams.
The Role:
70-80% Building: This is not a “Strategy & Slides” role. You’ll be in the canvas every day.
Total Ownership: You’ll have the autonomy to identify friction points and ship n8n workflows that eliminate them.
AI-First: We are heavily focused on integrating LLMs and Agentic workflows into our internal stack.
The Stack:
Primary Orchestration: n8n (Self-hosted/Cloud).
Code:Mandatory Python (for when standard nodes aren’t enough).
Integrations: Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Greenhouse, and custom APIs.
Who You Are:
You’ve built complex, production-grade workflows in n8n (we’d love to see your favorite “crazy” canvas).
You are a “Problem Hunter”—you get a dopamine hit from deleting a spreadsheet.
Location: Fully Remote (must be based in the EU or UK).
I saw your post and it’s a perfect match. I’m an automation engineer who genuinely gets a dopamine hit from deleting a messy spreadsheet and replacing it with a clean, autonomous engine.
Why I’m the “Czar” for your stack:
n8n. I don’t just drag nodes around. If an API is acting up or the data is a mess, I drop into Python and build a custom solution. I build workflows that are stable and “cybersecurity-grade”—they don’t just work, they don’t crash.
AI as a worker, not a chatbot. I use LLMs (Claude/Gemini) as reasoning engines. I’ve built systems that read technical PDFs, classify leads, and make decisions without a human in the loop.
I hate “black boxes.” Everything I build is documented and easy to manage. I’m here to ship actual code and workflows, not slides or “strategies.”
The Stack: HubSpot, Slack, Salesforce, Greenhouse—if it has an API, I’ve probably already automated it.
My Canvas: I recently finished a full “Content-to-Lead” factory. It handles everything: parsing, AI generation, and multi-channel posting—100% hands-free. You can see my architectural style here: https://mikedevai.netlify.app/
The “EU/UK” part: I’m based in Belarus (working as a remote contractor), but I operate strictly on EU time zones and I’m ready to jump on a call to show you my most complex workflows.
If you want someone who actually builds stuff—let’s connect.
Apart from that I’m also a full-stack developer with the right Gen AI experience, which makes me a solid plus for your team[but right now only vibecoding]
Check my recent gen ai projects… I built a native Android automation agent too. It’s worth a look:
I can build complex AI automations directly in code, not just inside n8n
I recently started posting my n8n work on YouTube with explanations:
This role is exactly the direction I work in: building and owning production automation systems using n8n, Python, and API-driven workflows.
I focus on eliminating manual operational work across sales, CRM, finance, and internal ops by building scalable automation architectures (not just single workflows).
I’m curious — for your internal stack, what are the biggest friction points right now in Sales or Ops that you’d want automated first?
Also, are you currently leaning more toward agent-based workflows or classic event-driven automation inside n8n?
EU Czar, Berlin-based. 13+ years self-employed, now running Oloxa.ai. 70-80% hands-on
suits me. The “dopamine hit from deleting a spreadsheet” line hit home because I
spent the last 18 months ripping spreadsheets out of broker operations.
Most recent production build: 32-node n8n enquiry intake for a UK SMB. Email in,
Claude extraction, Airtable upsert, Slack priority alerts, auto-reply loop for
incomplete data. Python in the Code nodes for parsing logic. Gmail + Drive + Airtable
Slack wired. Full walkthrough (5-min Loom + importable JSON + every Code node
exposed):
A few other crazy canvases I can show: LinkedIn content ops (5 workflows), expense
tracker with OCR + DATEV export, cross-market prospect research (30+ companies a day
across 6 markets).
Happy to DM and go deeper. English native, German working proficiency.
Hi Magda. I am strongest where business ops meet production automation: n8n, Python, APIs, CRM handoffs, retries, logs, and documentation.
I am not EU/UK-based, so I would only proceed if async contractor work outside that region is acceptable. If yes, I can start with one paid workflow or reliability slice.
I am based in Tashkent, so EU overlap is workable for async delivery plus scheduled calls.
My strongest fit is practical business automation with n8n/API/LLM workflows:
mapping one business process into a reliable workflow
connecting webhooks, CRMs, Sheets/Airtable-style logs, and third-party APIs
adding AI steps for classification, summaries, routing, or draft generation
debugging failed runs with clear error paths and operator handoff notes
If a permanent contract is the main route, I can still start with a small paid trial task so you can judge output quality quickly: one trigger, one API/AI transformation, one destination, tests, and short documentation.
I am Carlos Silveira, a Spain-based full-stack and automation engineer. This maps well to the work I like: removing manual Sales/Ops/Finance bottlenecks with n8n, Python and API integrations rather than producing slideware.
Strongest fit: HubSpot/Salesforce/Slack/Greenhouse/custom APIs, LLM-assisted triage/classification, dashboards, error handling, owner alerts and clear runbooks. I am EU-based and can work with CET overlap.
For a first step I would keep it practical: choose one painful workflow, define trigger/input/output, build it in a sandbox, add logs/retries/human escalation, then hand over the workflow JSON plus a short operating note. I can do that as a paid contract/fractional sprint if the role is not full-time permanent only.
If useful, send me the first process you want deleted and I will reply with scope, timeline, risks and a milestone split.
