šŸ“£ HIRING: Freelance/Agency AI Automation Engineer (n8n / Make / APIs) — Remote

Hi Ruben,

We’re FlipFactory — an AI automation agency with 50+ n8n workflows in production. Our partner who handles client communication is based in the Netherlands and has a sales & marketing background — so he speaks your language both literally and professionally.

Here’s what we’ve built that’s directly relevant:

**Outbound automation:** Full pipeline — AI lead scoring, email sequences with A/B testing (Claude-powered copy generation), automated follow-ups. Running for our own sales + client deployments.

**Meta/Google Ads automation:** Campaign creation workflows, creative generation pipelines, reporting dashboards — all orchestrated through n8n.

**Scraping & data pipelines:** LinkedIn, Indeed, Yelp scrapers with Playwright, structured data extraction, CRM sync via APIs and webhooks.

**Stack:** n8n (primary), Claude API, Meta Graph API, WhatsApp API, Notion, PostgreSQL, Lemlist.

Happy to do a paid test task to prove the fit. What’s the best way to discuss scope and rates?

FlipFactory Team

Hi Ruben,

I’m co-founder of Staffloop, an automation agency specializing in n8n workflows and AI integration. Your post is a perfect match for what I do daily.

Here’s what I’ve built recently:

  • Full B2B prospecting pipeline (scraping → data enrichment → AI scoring with Claude API → CRM export) — 200+ prospects/week, 85% time saved

  • AI content pipeline (editorial calendar → Claude API generation → human review → multi-channel publishing) — 8h/week saved

  • Sales outreach automation with personalized sequences and pipeline reporting

My stack: n8n (self-hosted + cloud), Make, Claude/OpenAI APIs, Notion, Lemlist, HubSpot, Apollo, Airtable, NocoDB. I run everything on Docker/VPS with reverse proxy.

I also work as a tech recruiter at BitTalent (Web3), so I understand both business logic and technical execution.

Happy to DM you with more details or jump on a quick call.

Hey Ruben,
I’m Betulay, an AI Automation Engineer based in Istanbul. I’ve been building production n8n systems for the past year and your stack is exactly what I work with daily.
Here’s what I’ve built that’s directly relevant:
LinkedIn & web scraping pipelines with n8n + API integrations
Image & creative automation using Gemini image generation (eliminated $150K/year in photography costs for a watch company)
Automated reporting pipelines connecting Google Sheets, Drive, and external APIs
Claude/OpenAI integrations inside n8n for AI-powered workflows
Sales & outbound automation flows with webhook-driven triggers
I also built Team-AI — an open-source multi-agent framework with 7 AI agents running in production, so I’m comfortable owning complex systems end-to-end, not just building individual workflows.
Happy to show you examples on a quick call or share workflow screenshots.

"Hi Ruben, I saw your post for the recruitment agency. I don’t just build workflows; I act as a Product Owner for the automation lifecycle to ensure zero downtime.

Why I’m a fit:

  • Strategic Stack: Deeply experienced in n8n, Meta Graph API, and Lemlist.

  • Maintenance First: I build LinkedIn/Indeed scrapers with robust error-handling and proxy rotation—essential for avoiding the frequent blocks these platforms trigger.

  • Full Ownership: I’m ready for weekly alignment and can immediately take over triaging your backlog.

Hey — your stack and scope are a great fit for what I build.

Meta Ads automation, LinkedIn/Indeed scraping, outbound workflows, and reporting dashboards are all things I’ve done in n8n and Make. I can handle the full pipeline: build, test, document, and maintain.

A few specifics relevant to your list:

  • Meta Ads ops: campaign setup automation via Meta API through n8n, triggered by creative uploads or performance thresholds
  • LinkedIn scraper: n8n + Apify/Phantombuster for lead extraction → enrichment → CRM push
  • Outbound automation: multi-step sequences with personalization, reply detection, and CRM sync
  • Dashboards: automated data pulls into Google Sheets/Looker with scheduled refreshes

Remote freelance is my preferred format. What does your current stack look like and what’s the most urgent workflow to build first?

Hi there,

I’ve got experience building production n8n workflows and integrations that handle complex automation requirements. I noticed this category is for finding help with creating sophisticated workflows, and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing.

I’ve delivered three production systems so far: an SMS outreach pipeline that manages bulk communications, a call transcription and analysis workflow that processes audio and extracts insights, and a lead qualification chatbot that handles multi-step conversations. Each one involved integrating multiple APIs and services into cohesive n8n flows. I’m based in New Zealand and regularly work with clients across AU, NZ, and the UK, so timezone and regional familiarity aren’t concerns.

Hi!

I saw your post and it’s a perfect match. I’m an automation engineer who doesn’t just ā€œconnect appsā€ but builds scalable systems that grow with the business.

What I can bring to your team:

  • Meta Ads & Creative Ops: I’ve built ā€œContent Factoriesā€ that use AI to generate ad copy and creative assets automatically through the Meta Graph API.

  • Smart Outreach: I can set up LinkedIn and Indeed scrapers that feed directly into Lemlist/Smartlead with AI-personalized icebreakers that actually get replies.

  • Data-Driven Dashboards: I’ll make sure your Notion or Google Sheets reporting is always up-to-date, pulling real-time data from all your sources.

  • Product Ownership: I’m happy to take the lead on the technical roadmap, fixing bugs before they become problems and aligning our weekly goals.

My Tech Stack: n8n (expert level), Make, OpenAI/Claude, Meta API, WhatsApp API, and Lemlist.

I’m fluent in English and ready to start. Check out my portfolio and feel free to message me directly:

Hey Ruben this sounds like exactly the kind of work I enjoy.

I build AI automation systems focused on making sales, marketing, and operations run a lot more efficiently. I mainly use n8n as the core, tying together APIs like WhatsApp, email platforms, CRMs, and tools like OpenAI/Claude.

Some of the things I’ve built that are quite similar to what you’re looking for:

  • lead handling and outbound systems where AI qualifies leads, responds automatically, and books meetings

  • scraping + enrichment + outreach workflows for sales pipelines

  • marketing automation for content, campaign structuring, and posting

  • internal ops systems for document handling, task routing, and data processing

  • dashboards that pull everything together so teams can actually see what’s going on in real time

I’m comfortable working across the full stack you mentioned and I actually enjoy the ownership side of things — maintaining systems, fixing issues, improving workflows, and working closely with the team to evolve everything over time.

The scope you described (especially ads automation, scraping, and reporting) is right in my lane, so I’d definitely be keen to get involved.

Happy to jump on a quick call and walk you through what I’ve built :+1:

Built and maintain production n8n systems — patent
research pipeline (multi-workflow, multi-model AI routing,
Postgres logging), marketing automation engine (700+
scored contacts, AI-personalized outreach, compliance-first
delivery), and a file classification agent with
confidence-based routing.

Stack overlap: n8n daily, Claude/OpenAI APIs, Meta
integrations, Postgres, Docker. Based in Florida, US —
fluent English, conversational Spanish.

Happy to share specifics or jump on a call.

Hi Ruben Needles,

Cutting long story short, these exact automations are listed on my portfolio you can have a look on them. I`ve made custom scrappers for different industries and sales and outbound custom workflows which are not only perfect but handle errors quite smoothly. I would be honest with you, a good automation is not just connected nodes. It is the one that handles error while you are asleep and that comes witha strong logic and this is our main focus while building one.

We can have an exploration call and I can glide you thorugh the workflows I`ve built and can also add a dashboard where you can track their performance.

Best Regards

Abdul Basit

Hi Ruben,

This is a good fit because you need someone who can own the automation backlog, not just build isolated nodes.

I can help with n8n/Make, OpenAI/Claude, Meta or WhatsApp API workflows, sales/outbound systems, dashboards, and browser automation where APIs are weak.

Best first paid slice:

  • pick one messy but valuable process
  • I map the inputs, edge cases, and failure path
  • build the first working workflow
  • add logs/retries/manual approval where needed
  • return the export plus short handoff notes

For your stack, I would start with either LinkedIn/Indeed lead intake with dedupe and approval gates, or Meta/WhatsApp lead routing with run logs and failure alerts.

I can work async and start with a small paid trial task so you can judge the result before any long-term commitment.

Hi Ruben — your n8n + Claude + Meta Ads automation stack is exactly what I’ve been building. I led automation delivery at iOPex Technologies (London) and Techdome — most recently built an outreach automation that reduced 3 hours of daily manual work to 20 minutes of review. I’m based in India, work remotely, and take on freelance builds.

Happy to share relevant workflow examples. Would a quick call work this week?"

Hi Ruben, I can help with this as a narrow first paid slice.

I understand you need someone to build and maintain AI automation across recruitment marketing: Meta ads ops, reporting dashboards, WhatsApp/Notion/Lemlist workflows, and API-based handoffs. I would start with one production workflow that has clear inputs/outputs, logging, error handling, and handoff docs, then turn it into a weekly maintenance rhythm.

For any lead-data/outbound piece, I would keep it inside platform/API rules and avoid brittle scraping. One question: which area has the cleanest ROI to start with: ads ops, reporting, or internal routing?

Hey Ruben, this is exactly what I do. I build n8n automation systems for recruitment and sales ops teams.

Your stack (n8n + Meta Graph API + Lemlist + WhatsApp) is one I work with regularly. The outbound scraper and campaign setup pipeline you’re describing is buildable and maintainable without a full-time hire.

One thing worth flagging: the product owner of automation scope you mentioned is the harder part to find in a freelancer. I’m comfortable owning that side as well. Bug triage, feature prioritization, weekly sync. Not just building and disappearing.

Happy to jump on a quick call to see if there’s a fit. Can DM you a short portfolio of relevant builds if useful.

Hi Ruben,

Instead of a long hiring process, I can start with a paid 24–48h build.

Send one workflow you need shipped or fixed, and I’ll turn it into a clear fixed-price milestone.

Good first slices:
• lead scraping/enrichment → Google Sheets/CRM
• inbound form/WhatsApp/Telegram lead routing
• OpenAI/Claude classification + Slack/Telegram alerts
• API sync between CRM, Sheets, Gmail, Airtable
• workflow cleanup with logs, retries and error handling

I build fast, but I also add practical reliability: run logs, fallback paths, clear docs and simple handoff.

If you still need overflow delivery help, happy to take the first small task.

Hi Harrison_Pettigrew!

Saw your post about :megaphone: HIRING: Freelance/Agency AI Automation Engineer (n8n / Mak.

I specialize in n8n workflow automation - CRM pipelines, lead gen, data integrations.

Recent work:

  • Multi-platform integrations (Google, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Custom AI agents with n8n (OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • Production error handling and monitoring

Happy to discuss! Feel free to DM or email.

Hi Ruben,

If you are still looking for freelance AI automation support, I would start with one bounded workflow slice instead of trying to own the whole system on day one.

For your stack, a useful first milestone could be:

  • one Meta/LinkedIn/Indeed input path;
  • normalize and validate the data;
  • LLM step returns structured JSON, not free-form text;
  • dedupe + retry/error path;
  • log/audit row so failed or skipped items are visible;
  • short README so the workflow can be maintained later.

I am strongest where n8n/Make needs Python/JavaScript/API glue, or where OpenAI/Claude needs to become a reliable decision layer with confidence flags and human review.

If you send one workflow that is currently manual or unreliable, I can map a fixed-scope first milestone and quote it before touching any accounts or credentials.

Best,
Brian Du
