I recently built an AI lead-capture workflow connecting a webhook, OpenAI, Google Sheets and Gmail notifications. My strongest area is building practical lead-capture and business workflow automations using n8n, APIs and AI tools.
One build: an AI sprint risk advisor, delivered as a Telegram bot. You run /start, pick your task tracker from a menu, drop in the link + API key, and it pulls your data via Notion API, runs deterministic risk scoring, then Groq (Llama 3.3) generates the actual recommendation — you get a summary back in the chat. Not just a trigger-action flow — it reasons about the data, not just moves it.
On the “what you should bring” side: I come from ops/PM, not pure dev, so I don’t just wire APIs together — I find the actual bottleneck first, then build the smallest thing that fixes it. Also why I don’t ship half-working demos; if it’s in your hands, it runs.
Hi @Zigzag — this maps closely to what I build: n8n + Claude sales automation (prospecting → outreach → response handling → follow-ups → CRM). Since you flagged cost control on the Claude side: for the enrichment/LLM step I route cheap→expensive (a small model for extraction/classification, Claude only for the hard reasoning) and cache prospect data so the same lead is never enriched twice — that alone usually cuts the LLM bill 50–70%.
