There is no way of contacting n8n support through a chat.
You have 3 options.
- Forum support over here on de community.
- Get a contract with SLA with n8n, you can buy this when you get an enterprise license.
- Hire an expert partner that helps you.
Of course if there is an issue with your cloud instance there is a support email adres to reach out to to get that resolved.
