How can i make bot , that take orders and send me notification on telegram

I need help creating a chatbot that can take orders.
When an order is placed, I want the bot to record the customer’s name, phone number, order type, and delivery date.
Once the order is submitted, I want it to send me a notification on my personal Telegram account.

This type of automation is doable.

Where are you getting the order from? A form? Shopify? where?

I get the orders from telegram , the client talk with the chat bot in telegram then i want telegram to send me the info of the order , on my praviet telegram
