  1. Get the tasks from the chatgpt conversation using a call to action and connect to excel for points 2,3 and 4.

  2. Change the name of the spreadsheet

  3. Edit the cells to make a type of table to record the weekly tasks and save it.

  4. Create a new spreadsheet with names of each person who records their weekly tasks using the same rules as in point 3.
