How do I fix "Problem running workflow" in n8n hosting locally

I am trying to create my WhatsApp trigger in n8n but always come up with this problem. Can anyone assist?

I have a cloudflare tunnel setup with the URL of that setup as my WEBHOOK_URL and my Telegram credentials seem correct as I get the green “Connection tested successfully” message.

I cannot for the life of me figure it out.

FYI I have n8n running in a Proxmox LXC behind a Traefik proxy in my Homelab.
