How do I retrieve information from Google Sheets with Advanced AI?

So I am trying out the Advanced AI and I have everything set up but in no way does it retrieve any data that I ask. It also won’'t retrieve for example two data and it says " I can only retrieve the email or the password" but not both. How do I even begin to retrieve data? I have everything correct I think.
