How to change the Worspace Owner?

Hello,

Yesterday, I searched on the entire website how to change the Workspace owner, but it was impossible. We need to transfer the Owner rights to someone in the company so that they can manage Users, workflow, billing, etc…
Can you tell me where to do this and how to do it, please?

Hi @Jeremy_PALUMBO ,

Only the current owner can transfer ownership, other admins cannot do this.

to change workspace owner,

Steps:

1. Log in as the current owner

2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the left sidebar)

3. Click on Users

4. Find the person you want to make the new owner

5. Click the three dots (…) next to their name

6. Select “Transfer ownership”

7. Confirm the transfer

If you don’t see this option, contact n8n support directly at [email protected] They can help transfer ownership manually.

Thank you for your answer.
I am already log in with the owner account but i haven’t the option to “transfer ownership” like you can see on my Screenshot (it’s the same for all Users)

Hi

The current owner must log in, navigate to settings and replace their email address with the address of the new owner.
