How to COUNT and SUM from unstructed data?

Hi,

I have trouble counting and hence, summing up the total for each fruit from the downloaded data shown below.

Can someone pls help me come up with the workflow ?

The correct answer is:
Apple = 2
Orange = 4
Pear = 2
Banana = 6
