Hello, I am new to n8n and AI. I want to create workflow which will extract information from a bill in pdf format. I used Mistral AI to extract text. Mistral does not extract text in the footer of some of the bills I need to process. I tried converting to a jpeg and use the Analyze an Image node. Again without much success. In some cases, it correctly reads the image to provide accurate text, in most cases, it does not analyse the image correctly. Is there a stable, robust option to do this? The extracted text will be used to create records in a form in Zoho Creator and enter bills in QBO. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Could you provide an example of such bill and which information you need to extract?
Hi jabbson. Thank you. Attached is a sample copy of a bill. I need to extract the name of the dealership, Cust PO No, Invoice number, Subtotal and Pay this amount. Layouts and descriptions are very different for bills from different suppliers. Thanks!
