About the Position
We’re seeking a talented n8n workflow automation engineer to join our e-commerce company as a full-time team member. This role combines initial project implementation with ongoing development and maintenance of our business automation systems. You’ll be a key team member with direct impact on our growth and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement n8n workflows for core business processes
- Create integrations between e-commerce platform, fulfillment service, and CRM
- Build automated order processing and tracking workflows
- Develop commission calculation and reporting systems
- Implement customer communication automations
- Create inventory monitoring and alert systems
- Set up data collection for business analytics
- Maintain and optimize workflows as the business grows
- Collaborate with other team members on business process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools
- Strong understanding of API integrations and data transformation
- Experience with e-commerce workflows and order processing
- Knowledge of Shopify and HubSpot APIs preferred
- Experience with webhook management and error handling
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills and documentation practices
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript for custom function nodes
- Experience with RESTful API integration
- Understanding of data structures and transformation
- Knowledge of webhook configuration and management
- Experience with conditional logic and complex workflow design
- Familiarity with error handling and notification systems
