How to login to a website that does not have API system?

Hi, I have a personal web app https://www.ourfamilywizard.com/ for messages. this does not allow API, so how I can get data from that website?

this is an web app for parents where they can send email to each other. So I need to get those emails.

And on each new email, I need to write a reply with AI agent

my current workflow is

I can successfully login to website, it output token but in next step, if I try to get messageReciepent or messages, I get auth error..
