How to reset 2FA

I’ve lost access to the Authenticator app for 2FA (new phone upgrade)

Stupidly (sorry) I didn’t take note of my recovery codes when I set up 2FA - so I can’t just enter that to disable and then reenable 2FA in settings.

Is there a way I can manually reset 2FA please?

I’m on the cloud hosted version.
