There is an option in list of executions to filter by “execution tag”, but I don’t see a way to set them. I’m searched and asked the AI agent, and I’ve come up empty. I think it would be helpful to be able to filter executions by tags, but I don’t see a clear way to set them.

If you’re asking about an automated way to add tags, AFAIK it’s not possible ATM,
So you have to go to the execution and add the tags manually:
However, there is a built-in node called Execution Data that allows you to add custom key–value data, and you can see them in the upper right corner of an execution page:
