How to share a project with a developer without giving access to gmail

I would like a developer to help get control of my gmail inbox. adding dates to calendar and recording contact information, drafting replies etc.
But I don’t want to give total access to my gmail account. What’s the best route? so far I can think of is, make a fake gmail account and forward email to that address or maybe downloading a selection of sample emails? Can I just limit the maximum date in history that the node can look back, then lock the node?

You ask the developer to build the full workflow and share the workflow JSON file with you. Then, you can import that JSON into your n8n, set up the necessary credentials, and activate the workflow.
