How to start a N8N local docker server without manual user creation?

How do I start a local N8N server without needing to create a user and API key manually every-time. Is there a way to automate this?

Do you mean it’s asking you to register in n8n every time you start it?

It’s possible the directory where the data should be stored doesn’t actually persist.

Did you follow these steps to also create a persistent volume?:

add your .env or in docker-compose.yml
N8N_ENCRYPTION_KEY=your-key-cloud

will it help to avoiding manual user creation?
