HubSpot webhooks ticket property changed not working

I’m self-hosting N8N. Currently on 1.76.3

I have got HubSpot webhooks working for Contact property changed. But when I choose Ticket property changed, the field for the ‘Property Name or ID’ disappears. When I attempt to test the step, I get an error:

Problem running workflow

Bad request - please check your parameters
Show Details
HubSpot Trigger: Failed to create subscription, propertyName must be set for this event type.

This is my first post… is this the place for asking about bugs like this?

Hi steve-upgaurd, are you trying to use ‘hubspot ticket property changed’ as a trigger in N8N? I’m having an issue where I can select the object trigger: hubspot ticket property changed but then N8N doesn’t return all of the different ticket properties for me to choose which one should execute the trigger when changed. Essentially i’m trying to automate creating an issue on github when i change a specific field on the hubspot ticket. Wondering if this is similar to the problem you are having ? thanks ! (because when i select contact property change, i get the entire list of contact properties)

We are having this same problem as well. It wont show the fields to select for the trigger.

I’m also experiencing this issue has there been any resolution? We’re running the hosted version on the latest version [email protected].
