Human in the loop Webhook problem

Hello,

I installed the latest version of n8n on a German server (Hetzner) using Elastio. Their staff asked me to share my issue here.

I have two strange issues.

  1. In the latest update, I noticed the “Human in the Loop” modules. When I run the Gmail module and wait for a response, after I click on the “Approve” or “Deny” button in my email, it seems the module does not send the webhook signal back. Are you experiencing these errors? How can I fix this?

  2. The second issue is with another credential I want to use from Pinecone. When I enter the API key, it doesn’t connect to their service.

Do you have any suggestions for me to try?

And about the Human in the Loop issue, I have a few questions:

  1. Is the workflow active? Some nodes require the workflow to be active.
  2. What is your n8n version?
  3. What do you see when you click the Approve or Deny button? Does it open a webpage that says anything?
