Your title says you cannot create an account and body says you Cannot login. This is getting me confused, can you explain better what the issue really is and can you share the link you are trying to sign up with?
Hey, are you trying to log into n8n cloud, a self-hosted instance, or the community forum itself? Also what error message are you getting when you try — a screenshot would help a lot here.
