I cannot login to my instance

Hi,

I have a problem to login and the error is Workspace offline (503). However the status is Online when I check the dashboard.

I tried to disable all the nodes and wait for several hours but still not able to login to the dashboard.

How can i solve this problem?

  • n8n version: Running version n8n@2.19.4

  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): Cloud

Hi @Amyyy_W Welcome! before emailing support, try hitting app.n8n.cloud in an incognito window, the 503 with dashboard showing Online is usually a stale session/cookie issue on the cloud proxy side, basically your browser cached an old auth token while the workspace restarted.
