I am able to log in the current laptop because maybe cache already have the password which allow me log in without putting the actual password but when I try to log in, I can’t.
I tried to reset the password and it asked the e-mail that I am currently using but reset link is not coming to my e-mail, I have asked multiple time but no response just chat robot automatic e-mail reply…
how poor is your customer support it is…
please help, I am using [email protected], can we have kind of Teams or zoom video conference call to resolve it?
then I can show what I am struggling with now..
