Took my first level course this afternoon, got an email about passing and a badge on the forum. When I enter my unique id from the email, I see that the certificate is not assigned to me. How can I solve this problem?

What certificate do you mean? As far as I know, do we only give forum badges, we do not issue PDF and LinkedIn certificates anymore. Is that what you mean, or do you mean something totally else?
Yes, I mean the 1st lvl. certificate for display on Linkedin in a similar format

We stopped issuing certificates a while back, old certificates are still valid but new ones are not being awarded.
