I can't make payment after my trial ends

I am facing a critical payment issue.

At first, I was was able to access the payment form and tried to pay with several cards, but the payments failed. After a few attempts, the payment form stopped appearing completely now, when I try to upgrade the plan, I get an error immediately, without any option to enter card or payment details.

I have already tried:

Clearing cookies and cache

Using different browsers and devices

Connecting via VPN

My cards work on other platforms without any issues. This problem seems to be specific to n8n.io.

What should I do in this situation? How can I restore access or temporarily extend our plan while the payment issue is being resolved?

I urgently need to restore access, as my workflows are business-critical.

I would suggest to download your workflows now while you still have access to them. Then run a local instance of n8n on your machine. That way, you are sure that your business-critical workflows still function as needed. You can sort out the billing concerns separately.
