I Can't managed to activate the license key I've received by mail

As I try to activate the key, is returned the error message:

What is the error message (if any)?

Activation failed
Activation key has already been used on this instance

Does it say “Registered” when you go to: Settings > Usage and plan

I’ve uninstalled node version and installed Docker version, so the key woks now. Btw thank you for assistance!
