I can’t pay for the subscription, the eternal price download. If I click pay, error code: E-403 appears, I click “Contact support” and the page becomes empty and the message “This content is blocked. To fix the problem, contact the website owner.”

Hello @sam1610966 the error 403 is access denied is from paddle. when you select this button you should be redirected to login/create an account with paddle. if this redirect is not happening can you please ensure you do not have any browser plugins that may be blocking or check the permissions of the site - if you’re using chrome for instance you can change it here

I think it’s not about extensions at all, but about the possibility of paying from other regions, but even if I use a VPN, it doesn’t help.

do you see a 404 error when you access this link? https://customer-portal.paddle.com/ - it appears a browser side issue - have you tried with a different browser?
