I can't start n8n, Error: There was an error running database migrations

I did a fresh n8n instalation of 1.31.0, but is fails when i use n8n start at MigrateIntegerKeysToString1690000000001

Migration “MigrateIntegerKeysToString1690000000001” failed, error: Unknown collation: ‘utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci’
Error: There was an error running database migrations
QueryFailedError: Unknown collation: ‘utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci’

**n8n version:**1.31.0
Database (default: SQLite):mariadb
**n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):**n8n start
Running n8n via: npm
Operating system: Rocky 9

I suppose the n8n is not working with MariaDB, at least officially.
