I was submitting a template for the directory and it’s become stuck on Finalize submission. I’ve published several before, and have 3 out for approval currently. The stuck one is filled out correctly, I’ve attached the json, but the Submit for Human Review button never becomes disabled. I only had one out for approval prior to creating this one, and it let me create and submit two more after this one became stuck. I can’t delete it, I can’t submit it, and it’s taking up my fourth submission slot. Any ideas?

A submission that stalls before it can be sent is server side state in the Creator Portal, and there’s no control in the UI to cancel or delete one, so it keeps holding your slot until the templates team clears it. Email support@n8n.io with your creator account email, the template name, and a line saying the Submit for Human Review button stays disabled on the “Finalize submission” step so the draft can be neither submitted nor removed. Ask them to reset that submission and free the slot.
