I noticed many talented n8n / AI automation builders here are great technically… but spend too much time waiting for clients to find them.

So I’m testing something:

I will help a few freelancers set up a simple AI-powered outbound lead generation workflow that finds potential clients automatically.

The system can:

:white_check_mark: Collect business emails and company information
:white_check_mark: Analyze if they are a good fit using AI
:white_check_mark: Generate personalized outreach messages
:white_check_mark: Organize leads inside Airtable / Google Sheets / CRM
:white_check_mark: Create a daily pipeline of potential opportunities

Example:

Instead of sending:
“Hi, I build n8n workflows. Do you need help?”

You get:
“Hi John, I noticed your company is using multiple manual processes for onboarding. I built a workflow that could reduce repetitive admin work by connecting your CRM, forms, and AI assistants.”

Much higher chance of getting a reply.

The goal is not another demo workflow.

The goal is to create a practical client acquisition machine that you can use for your own freelance business or show as a portfolio example.

This really resonates. Most of the strong n8n/AI builders I know spend way more time waiting for work to show up than actually building workflows.

A practical outbound system that can be reused and adapted as a portfolio asset is honestly more valuable than yet another cool demo. Curious to see how people niche it down for specific services.

I’ve been experimenting with a small project called agentscoutjobs that’s also focused on helping automation freelancers get in front of more of the right businesses, so this approach definitely caught my attention.
