I signed up to n8n, bought a month membership, was using it just by returning to my saved tab, while using n8n I did see a warning sign that I should confirm my email (with the email I used to sign up) but i enver did it, now when I go to the tab it is asking my for email and password to sign in. I put in my email and what I thought might be the password, it did’nt work so I asked it to send a “:forgot password” messagfe, but it never arrived to the email which it was previously telling me to confirm. How can I get my password if I didn’t confirm the email? It is a bit strange to be honest as I signed up and paid for one month starter yet somehow it never sent me an email even to sign up frm what I can see
This sounds like an issue worth raising with the supoprt team of n8n. Have you tried raising a ticket by emailing [email protected]?
