I need your help for my workflow, please!

I’m having an issue with my workflow.
The goal is: whenever someone (no matter who the sender is) sends an email with the subject “Urgent”, the workflow should add a new row in my Google Sheet with two fields: “Sender” and “Subject”.
The problem is that the workflow works perfectly when I run it manually, but when I actually receive an email with the subject “Urgent”, nothing happens. No row is added to my Google Sheet.
I’m completely stuck and don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
I really need your help.

Basically, for my workflow, I wanted it to run every time I receive an email, regardless of the recipient, with the subject “Urgent,” and to run at that time. However, it only runs with two of my emails; I’ve tested it with four different ones.

How can i see that ? Sorry i’m beginner

Your workflow seems fine based on the image. what is the subject of emails that do not append to sheet?

I send you a lot of picture like this you can see exactly, and when i do my test, i send exactly the same subject

The all of my subject of emails is the same for alls emails “Urgent” like this but only 2 emails work, i dont know why and i’m lost.

I’m wondering, with this workflow, is it possible to receive any email from an unknown recipient, even if we’ve never received an email from them, or do we need to have received at least one email for it to be able to detect it with this workflow?

i created a workflow based on your images and test it. it worked for me. i sent four emails from one email and received them (urgent included in subject) then i sent emails from my old yahoo account that never used before, and that was ok too.

I finally found the error. The two emails I was sending and receiving weren’t going to the trash, but the next two were. After changing this in the workflow settings (Include Spam and Trash), I now receive everything. Thank you so much for the time you spent trying to help me, sincerely !
