I upgraded the plan, but my workflow is gone after trial period ends

Describe the problem/error/question

I had a trial period on some account, and I built there a complex workflow that I really need.
Then I bought the starter plan on another account and I want to use that workflow there.
The problem is that now the trial period is ended, and my workflow is deleted.
Is there a way to get it back?

hi there, usually for this kind of request, you need to email support

especially knowing that you use a different account for your trial and your subscription, so i would suggest you to email them regarding this case!
