IF is not filtering even when the result is clear! What's wrong?

Hi Guys,
I’m havin a problem with an IF statement. I’m trying to filter a json IF a property contains a value (any value). It has value but returns FALSE as if it doesn’t have any value. What I’m doing wrong? Here we go a print screen..

Can someone help me telling me what is wrong here?

I think something might be up on the N8N side I have something similar going on where is says my record Id does is not there

I solved the problem with the help of a friend. Actually the problem was that I had just to add ‘.toString()’ at the property and it worked fine. Thank you everyone.
