check your openai dashboard rate limits even if you have premium but there is limit for how many request can send per minute or hours

So, if you’re bought premium features from OpenAI, that’s not mean your request will be unlimited. Instead, OpenAI will give you higher limit for your request. But remember, OpenAI use credit, and you need to top-up the credit through OpenAI Platform Dashboard.
