I’m new. I’ve watched all the tutorials and reviewed many templates. I’m looking for recommendation on what template will fit my needs: I’m looking to create a work flow from a Form Trigger to automate and dispatch specific jobs to different individual servicemen listed on Google Sheets using Slack as a way to communicate and confirm appointments with the customer and the serviceman. This is the halfway point. Thereafter, I will need to confirm payment and route payment to the serviceman after the job is completed, etc.
Hey!
I think it’s unlikely that you would find a template that would exactly fit these requirements, and it’s most likely better suited for a custom-built workflow.
If you’re interested in jumping on a free half-hour consultation where we can go through how I would approach this problem, feel free to pick any slot below:

Hey,

Hey! 👋
Great use case — job dispatch automation is one of the most impactful workflows for service businesses.
Quick thoughts on your setup:
• Form Trigger → Google Sheets lookup (match job type to serviceman) → notification (email/SMS/WhatsApp) is the core flow
• The tricky part is the matching logic — do you assign by skill, location, availability, or round-robin?
• Consider adding a confirmation step so the serviceman can accept/decline before it's locked in
I've built similar dispatch systems for field service teams. Happy to share more details on the routing logic if helpful.
If you'd rather have someone handle the full implementation, feel free to DM me. I'm with AutoSolutions — we specialize in exactly this kind of automation for time-strapped business owners.
Good luck with the build! 🔧
