Hello, i am using the hostinger cloud to create an n8n account. the problem is that I don’t know why i was disconnected after a long inactive period, the thing is that i don’t remember my password. when i am trying to reset it, i have an error. I have been trying everything since 3 hours, i don’t understand how it is possible to be in 2025 and ii don’t have the option to reset our passsword directly and easily
please help me, if someone know how I could proceed. i already asked hostinger that said that they can’t help me with that issue
When you installed it in your cloud service did you set the SMTP settings for mail service. If not then it is not going to send you an email for the password reset.
Have you got access to the Database ? you may be able to wipe the password in there. Others will have knowledge on that, I have not done it myself
If you did not install yourself and it is a hostinger supplied service then you need to speak to them as they have not configured it properly
