Inability to create projects in a newly upgraded n8n account from free to paid

Describe the problem/error/question

I just upgraded my n8n account from a free to a paid , annual plan.

I am unable to create another new project. Currently, there is only one project in this account.

You could try restart the instance, my guess it a new license is applied when you upgrade to allow more features, maybe it’s just processing, once license screen do you see anything also.
