i would appreciate any help… I am building a 1st Level Support workflow. The part with Vector database works perfectly. But the 2nd workflow works 1 time out of 10. Absolutely unreliable. Here is what it should do: upon users request it should go to the Database and retrieve the info (works most of the time but not every), then it should give the solution to the user. If it helped, it should create a row in Google sheet. If it doesn’t help it should create a ticket in Jira AND create a row in Google sheets. I tried different models, and the performance is absolutely unreliable… I tried different System messages: pure text, XML, JSON… nothing helps. When I connected Telegram even what worked before stopped working🤯
