# Infinite loop when sending message to WhatsApp

My friends, I hired a tool that has integration with n8n, but I encountered a difficulty. For example, I want when a user gets in touch via chat on the platform, which is a WhatsApp chatbot platform, I want one, n8n to send a message within 40 seconds to this user. It turns out that this works perfectly in test mode, but when I enable it in production mode, it starts an infinite loop sending non-stop messages to the user’s WhatsApp. If anyone understands, please help me or I can pay to make this request for me.
