We can change the path to access the installation.
I tried to pass both in
.env file
and also in dockker run
with -e
am i doing something wrong.

Could you share with us what you have put into your .env file and where you placed it in relation to the rest of your n8n installation? From my experience, if the .env file is not working, it is usually because of one of the following:
- file is in wrong location
- file has a typo
