Describe the issue/error/question

I subscribe for n8n cloud and the instance is offline, I tried to restart several times without success

What is the error message (if any)?

Currently offline when I log in.
When I try to restart → Successfully triggered restart. Your instance is restarting → Currently in progress → then currently offline

Information on your n8n setup

  • **n8n version:**Running version n8n@0.179.0
  • Running n8n via [Docker, npm, n8n.cloud, desktop app]: N8N Cloud

Hey @Anilton_Veiga, just a quick update on this. I was unfortunately unable to resolve the problem myself and have reached out to the engineering team on this one.
