Is it possible to transmit data from a workflow to another?

Hi there!

I wondered if it was possible to transmit data from a workflow to another one.
What I am try ing to implement is a workflow triggering another one. So I wondered if I could transmit the output of the last node from the first workflow to the input of the first node of the second one.
