I need to export the list of integrations available in n8n and the actions each integration can perform. How can I get it?

You should be able to extract it from the code on github.
What do you actually want to do with that though?

We want to categorize those apps so it will be clear to our users what each app do and what actions it can perform

That sounds like you are embedding n8n then?
Just to be sure, do you have the needed license for that?

Also the n8n team should probably be able to answer that question for you how to extract that nicely. As an ambedded client you should have a contact to reach out to about this I think.
