Hello n8n experts!

I’m getting error message: ERROR: Can’t get data for expression under ‘Path’ field

My workflow is pretty straightforward using standard nodes (no code node).

In the node we can see the expression is OK but when it runs it errors out:

I’ve created a “dummy” workflow just to prove my point, which is that the issue is in the FTP node (the Edit Fields node has no problem with the same expression):

Could it be that there is a bug in the FTP node?

Information on our n8n setup

• n8n version: 1.21.0
• Database (default: SQLite): postgresql 14.8
• n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): queue
• Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): kubernetes
• Operating system: amazon linuex

Nice find, I have just put in a fix for this which can be found below, Once reviewed it will be merged and available in the next release.
