Issue with API Migration

Hi,

We are currently starting to use N8N in trial format for my department. We are trying to create a Whatsapp bot. We are using an API from a company called Unifonic for Whatsapp.

For some reason, it is not accepting the API. I think it has to do with the non-enterprise sub maybe?

My question is: Is this the issue preventing me from connecting to the API? If I do cloud hosting via Hostinger, will it be counted as an enterprise and help me connect to the external API/Vault?

I do not really have access to my company’s Meta Developer acc so doing it through Unifonic is quite difficult…

Hey @Abualhasan_Ahmed, welcome to community!

Problem connecting Unifonic API isn’t about needing “enterprise” n8n. Hosting on Hostinger won’t make it count as enterprise either.

Usually, this is an API key/auth config issue.
Can you share the exact error you get? That helps see what needs fixing.

Do you use unifonic n8n node? Or you use WhatsApp node?

Unifonic only provides Whatsapp API…If you are asking about N8N, we used Whatsapp node…
